CHICAGO – Laurie Stiles has been appointed President, Railserve Inc., a Marmon Rail Company. In this role, Stiles will lead the businesses of Railserve and two other Marmon Rail companies – Ameritrack Rail, and Powerhouse. Her responsibilities will include developing, refining and driving growth strategies within each business while providing leadership to more than 1,200 employees of the organization.
Stiles joined Marmon in 2021 and previously held the roles of Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives for Marmon Railyard and Repair Services and Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Marmon On-Site Services.

Laurie began her career in the oil & gas industry working in rail car fleet management at Norcal Gas and Shell Canada. In 2000, she joined Targa Resources, where she spent 20 years in progressively senior leadership roles across logistics and supply, culminating as Senior Director of NGL Commercial Transportation.
Laurie holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary.
